St. Raphael's Scouts
Scouting builds character, respect for nature, an awareness of community needs, and spiritual growth. Scouts develop new interests and skills helping prepare them for success in future endeavors. Scout leaders/advisors are trained in age level activities and are role models for the scouts. Please consider joining one of the scout programs at St. Raphael.

Cub Scouts

St. Raphael’s has held a charter for Cub Scout Pack 163 since 1964. Pack meetings are held once a month in the cafeteria or Marian Hall; dens meet 1 to 2 times per month. Cub Scouts range from 1st grade (Tiger Cubs) to 5th grade (Webelos) at which time following the Blue and Gold Dinner, they bridge to a local Boy Scout troop.

Girl Scouts

Girl Scouts at St. Raphael’s meet as troops with at least two leaders per troop. Troops generally meet monthly either at school or church, as well as doing Service Unit or Council events. We try to do one annual event involving all the troops at St. Raphael’s to build community and friendship. Girl Scouts range in age from kindergarten to seniors in high school. At St. Raphael’s we have troops in kindergarten (Daisies); 1st, 2nd, and 3rd grades (Brownies); 4th, 5th, and 6th grades (Juniors), and 8th grade (Cadette or Studio 2B).
