Accelerated Reader: Continue to work on second quarter point goals.

Social Studies: Study the location and capital of the NE States. The test will be on December 18.

Science: Sign up to send in a fruit or vegetable for the class. (More info coming)

Religion: The chapter 6 test will be an in-school test on Thursday, Nov. 20.

Spanish:A Spanish test will be given to the fourth graders on Nov. 18, on Lesson 6 , the parts of the body. The test will include some sentences using words from the previous lessons. The students that review with a parent and bring a signed slip indicating that you helped your child review , will receive 5 bonus points on the test. (If you have never reviewed any of the lessons with your child, it would be good to check to see if they know the words from the previous lessons. If not, work with them , a few words at a time. The students who have reviewed with a parent in the preceding tests, always do much better. Eighty percent of their quarter grade is based on their tests and 20 percent on their class attention, participation and cooperation.)
