Vision and hearing re-screening will be done on Wednesday, 10-22-08.  If your student is re-screened and does not pass on that day, a letter will be mailed to your residence within a week.

Grades 1-5 and grade 8 will be screened.   Please remind your child/children to wear contacts or eyeglasses next week!

Sending medications home at end of school year

All medications from this school year will be sent home with student unless you notify health office staff otherwise.  Enclosed with remaining medication will be form for administering medication during the 2008-09 school year.  As always, a new physician’s order and parental permission is needed each year.
